FlowShot is a project management platform for video production and photography professionals. The Service allows users to manage projects, teams, clients, and production workflows. The Service is provided via web browsers and mobile applications.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FlowShot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours — we do not claim ownership of your data.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, share, or transmit through the Service. We do not monitor, review, or endorse user content. We are not responsible for any user content, including its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Subscriptions are managed through our website; in-app purchases are not available through mobile applications. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who handles billing, taxes, and refunds on our behalf. Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
The Service may be accessed via mobile applications distributed through third-party app stores (e.g., Apple App Store). Your use of the mobile application is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store. You acknowledge that:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA, FILES, OR CONTENT STORED THROUGH THE SERVICE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOWSHOT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from termination.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlowShot regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
